- To participate it is essential to make a reservation request, using the registration online form or paper
form, and it is mandatory to accept the conditions participation and the entire program published on
this website.
To participate in the event it will be essential to became a member of ASDAC TARANTO DANZA,
the registration will take place on the reception-arrival day. For minors, the reservation request and the membership request must be endorsed by a parent or guardian.
The payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the general participation conditions.
The Organization reserves the right to film, record, transmit on video and social channels, in part or in whole, the services rendered by members of the event in question. The participant authorizes and agrees free of charge, without limits of time, means and repetitions, also pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code. and of the articles 96 and 97 of Law 633/41 to the shooting, realization, use, reproduction, publication and dissemination of photographic images of one's person (or of the person for whom the inherent power is exercised) and / or of the audio and / or video recordings relating to one's person (or of the person for whom the inherent power is exercised) collected as part of the TD ITALY TARANTO DANZA event by the organizer ASD and / or for it by photographers or technicians and in any case by the subjects specifically appointed by the same for this purpose.
The reservation/deposit fee is refundable according to these terms: 100% refund for cancellations within 30 days of the event - 50% refund for cancellations within 20 days of the event - no refunds after this deadline. In this case, the renouncing intern can be replaced by another person up to 3 days before the event, but will not be able to combine the amount paid with another person already registered.
